The backups start but then the session seems to hang (no data is transferred to the backup device).

Environment:

Data Protector 24.4

Windows 2022 Cell server

StoreOnce Gateway Server on Windows and Linux

Situation

Since upgrading Data Protector from version 23.4 to version 24.4 all StoreOnce backups are not running.

The backups start but then the session seems to hang (no data is transferred to the backup device).

 

Affected are backups via Windows and Linux Media Agent Systems (Gateways)
