Knowledge Document: The backup is failed by the "Host not found in cell_info file" warning

The “Host not found in cell_info file” warning is displayed in the session report and the backup fails.

Environment

Data Protector (DP) 10.x later

Situation

The following message appears in the session report and the backup fails.

[Warning] From:  BSM@host_a.com "datalist_a"  Time: yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss
Host host_b.com" not found in cell_info file.

This is  the warning becauseAgent "host t_b.com" is defined in the backup specification but is not registered in cell_info file the cell server.
