After Data Protector GUI is installed, the installation is successful without error. But Data Protector Inet Service not available.

Environment

Data Protector (DP) 23.4
Windows 11 

Situation

After Data Protector GUI is installed on Windows, the following messages are displayed:

Installation status
The installed client has not been added to any Data Protector cell.
All services successfully started.
Setup Completed

Also, no errors logged in the other Data Protector's logs
