Issue during installation of P3 Patch in Data Protector 11.01

Environment

Data Protector version : 11.01 
OS version : Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.4

Situation

When Trying to install P3 Patch in DP 11.01 , the following error occurred :  
1:CS_Patch-A.11.01-3 ################################# [100%]

Merging global file.

Updating Internal Database.

Cell Server services successfully started.

Operation failed!

ERROR: Database update failed. (Return code = 3)

Find resolution on support portal
