Failed to do fresh installation of Cell Manager on Red Hat 7.9 server.

Environment

Data Protector version: 10.40
Operating System of Cell Manager server: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.9
 

Situation

Fresh installation of Data Protector Cell Manager on Red Hat 7.9 server is failed with the error: 
ERROR: Web reporting user password could not be randomized (Return code = 3)
       For more detail please refer to /var/opt/omni/server/log/DPIDBsetup_47530.log
warning: %post(OB2-CS-A.10.40-1.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 3

Unable to connect to CRS
Operation failed!
