Knowledge Document: Graphic User Interface (GUI) is loading in the passive node

Opening GUI console on the passive node but the GUI shows "Connecting to Cell Manager"

Environment

Data Protector 23.4
Operating System is Windows 2019 in cluster mode

Situation

Data Protector is working well in the active node. When opening the Data Protector GUI console on the passive node, it is in status loading and GUI console doesn't shows any information.
