[Critical] From: OB2BAR_VEAgent@hostname "/Secondary" Time: 31/07/2024 14:06:11 Cannot start BSM (Interposes communication problem. System error: [5] Access is denied.

Environment

Data Protector version: 24.2
Operating System version: Windows Server 2016

Situation

Enabled RBAC on 23.4 (upgraded to 24.2), after the upgrade neither VMware Restore works, nor he can revert back the RBAC.
