Knowledge Document: Backup data unavailable for a few days in Backup Navigator

Environment

Data Protector version 10.60
Backup Navigator version 10.60
Operating System in Cell Manager and Backup Navigator is Windows 2012 R2

Situation

Session history shows backup jobs from 28th October to 1st November in Cell Manager but unable to find data after 27th October in Backup Navigator

Cause

The synchronization between Cell Manager and Backup Navigator corrupted

Resolution

Run command in Cell Manager:

omnicc -secure_comm -reconfigure_for_gui <FQDN of BN System>

Synchronize data between Cell Manager and Backup Navigator again.
