I have issue with restoration.

I have 4 files need to restore.

Always failed with IPC read error.

then I tried to restore 1 each time.

2 successful another 2 failed.

Turns out that those 2 successful files have size lower than 1 gb.

Another 2 failed restore files are 200gb each.

Ive done everything I can.

Reconfigure client, redo omnicc configure peer/ exception.

done this also in omnirc both cell and client:

OB2IPCKEEPALIVE=1
OB2IPCLINGER=1
OB2IPCKEEPALIVETIME=600
OB2IPCKEEPALIVEINTERVAL=60

Turns up every time restore test always the same error.

Additional info -

1. For every failed restore, there is data transfer up to 1.4gb then it failed.

2. The client is in different segment of network(example: cell manager 10.70.1.10, client 10.70.2.11) - port are opened and configuration always successful.

3. I have current logged case with support and it almost 1 month still no progress made to find the root course.

4. This is out of place restoration, since the source client is different from the destination client. Source client(for backup) reside in the same network segment with cell manager.

5. Already review this with network/firewall team but the was no policy that prevent the restoration. 2 successful restore files confirmed.

Please advise.
