Upgrade from 11.03 to 24.3. Which order do we have to follow?

Hi Team,

I have to upgrade from 11.03 to 24.3.

The environment has a Linux system which holds CELL and Linux IS, and other Windows systems that holds Windows IS.

As I understand reading upgrade guide I will have to upgrade first Windows IS and after that the Linux system that holds CELL an IS (omniserup.sh -CM _IS).

Is that right?
