  • Privileges

All the hidden privileges are always displayed now and will be enabled only when respective prerequisites are met. The privileges are associated with a tool-tip that provides a brief description of how to enable the field.

  • Request Group Bulk Operation

All the request groups are provided with a bulk operator. Using this operator, you can update multiple requests at a time. This Bulk function can be used in the Incident Groups, Service Request Groups.

  • Request Group

In the request summary page, the group name is now visible to which the request belongs, and can be selected which be redirects to view the group details.  This link is on all request types.

  • SAML SSO Documentation

A brief work-flow document is provided to configure ZENworks Service Desk login with SAML based Single Sign On.
