Auto Convert Files to PDF

AE works to preserve the native document content upon document creation and reference the document pages (files) virtually. The viewer and render server convert these pages to whatever file type the user requests on export. We are considering a "page normalization" option, however, It is important to consider the impact on performance for such a feature as converting all pages coming in can have major impacts on performance of the rendering engine as it converts files, especially in high volume environments,

A user should be able to upload non-PDF documents in standard business file formats such as EML, MSG, DOCX, XLSX, etc to AppEnhancer Web Access and they will auto-convert into PDF upon upload on an as-needed basis. Imported document must be full-text searchable within AppEnhancer. Solution must work for all upload methods available in AE.

A user should also be able to upload and auto-convert emails to PDF via an Outlook integration interface.

Full list of file formats: EML, EMLX, MSG, PST, MBOX, JSON, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, GDOC, GSLIDES, GSHEET, PAGES, NUMBERS, KEY/KEYNOTE, PNG, TIFF, JPG, HTML.

Solution must be mindful of OME and other file encryption methods. If file cannot be auto-converted, user should receive a friendly error message.
