Add a text format to XFT component in OTS for AppEnhancer

This would make it easier for end users to pick a part of a string to write to the index file.  This would eliminate the need to write and debug a JavaScript component.

Adding an addition field format for text that would be able to parse out extracted field data based on substring methodology, and the use of RegEx.
