To submit your idea to the UFT One team follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to the Support Portal

  2. Click Cases->New Cases


  3. Select your account

  4. In ‘Case Type’, select ‘Technical Issue’
  5. Enter the details of your request and click ‘Submit’
