Is automating Captcha possible?

There is text recognition OCR methods (like tesseract OCR, ABBEY OCR etc..) in UFT. But don't know how to use them in script and pass the captcha image.

In our project, Captcha is an image. I am looking for a tool that read text from the image. If it is available, how can it is used in VB script?
