Is it possible to automate Captcha in UFT one?

I am using UFT one CE24.2

I have requirement of automating CAPTCHA. I am succeeded to save the image in local drive but unable to read text from the image.

Could you please suggest how to read text from image? or another alternative way of automating CAPTCHA
