UFT One recording feature does not work with Win32 application developed by Delphy 7 with .bpl packages

Hello, teams,

Thanks in advance for your support, so the scenario is below:

1.- Win-32 Application developed with Delphi 7 with next behavior:

A.) Application developed without Borland Package Library, the UFT One recording feature WORKS!!!

B.) Application developed with Borland Package Library, the UFT One recording feature DOES NOT WORK!!! (Enclosed screenshot)

Please, Can you help us?

hi,

Delphi support comes in agent-ful and agentless. you probably need to pre-build uft stuff in the application so to make the support possible. you can check more details here:

Hello James,

Thanks for you help, so the behavior is the same after building the Delphi 7 Win32 app with the agent-full, it looks like an incompatibility with using Borland Package Library (.bpl files),here the question is that I have not access to support team due to I am using a Trial version. I have no access to open a new Support ticket. What is the next step? What can I do?

delphi 7 is not officially supported. if you can continue with Standard controls, that's how it is.
