We are currently experiencing a big challenge in getting the UFT Mobile and Network Virtualization Integration in place. In the work from home scenario, when I connect my mobile device to the mobile connector both connected via VPN to the Office Network, the NV Test Manager does not capture the traffic. The NV test manager is connected to Office Network directly.
I had logged a support ticket with Micro Focus (Case: SD02876594 ). The response was that it is working as per the current design and this is a limitation to the tool. The only solution is to set up a Mobile device lab in the Office.
We are currently not in the situation to build this Mobile device and this limitation is not allowing us to use the NV tool.
Please can you log an enhancement request for this and I would really appreciate if we get a solution to this as soon as possible.
