Knowledge Doc: Unable to launch UFT Developer runtime Engine

While trying to start UFT developer engine from IDE by Opening Eclipse IDE 2021-09 >> UFT Developer menu -> Start runtime engine. Error message with pop up "The UFT developer runtime engine could not be launched" occurs.

With the command line from the installation folder\bin. Running leanft.bat start i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Micro Focus\UFT One\bin>leanft.bat start. Error below occurred:

Type Error: Cannot set property closed of #<readable> which has only a getter.
