Automated Alert mechanism when the SV server goes offline

Every time SV or the licensed server encounters an unforeseen issue, all services fall offline and cease to function without proper notification or acknowledgement.
This has a significant impact on customers that use our simulation. Services continue to be unavailable until we manually resolve the problem and switch the services back to simulation.

This is outside of my expertise. If we start supporting ECS, I might be able to provide more information.

We're using ECS architecture, our logging system is a AWS cloud watch so can you please help us on how we can conduct the alerting from Cloud Watch itself instead of going to the new monitoring tool(Prometheus)

For that check to be reliable it would have to be done from external tool and these tools are already available. Please take a look for example to Prometheus with blackbox_exporter - https://github.com/prometheus/blackbox_exporter and alerting https://prometheus.io/docs/alerting/latest/overview/ which should satisfy your needs.
