Reusability of SV Designer and SV Server license.

We have got the license for SV designer and SV server . We want to check if after installing the license on specific machine , If we uninstall the designer and server from that machine then in that case the license can be reused to different machine.

For ex: we have installed license on 506 machine  but after that we got to know that 506 will not be used further. So can we uninstall designer and server from 506 and reuse its license on different machine.
