How can I completely remove deleted files from Starteam?

Many files I deleted on Starteam are not really "delete". These files still exist in Archive folder. I tried "purge" but it didn't work.

How can I completely remove these files to free my disk space?

    StarTeam has a time travel mechanism where you can roll back in time to a date, label or configuration.

    So if the view these files belong to are still active then we keep the file even after a purge.
    If you need to remove these files please contact the tech support team and they will create a script to delete from the DB and then you can delete from the archives.
