it would be helpful, when we can create for our customized CRs text templates.
Example:
When we create a new project which have to be checked-in initial, we would like to get more information: which Platform version and which Product version is the base of this project.
Most input for the text fields of the CR will be the same in every project, but e.g. this two points can be different in every project.
Important is, that this templates can only be used from defined persons and not from every Starteam user.
