Allow the StarTeam MyWork web client to use multifactor authentication

The StarTeam MyWork web client does not currently support multifactor authentication. To make the web application more secure and to meet government requirements please provide the option of using multifactor authentication including the ability to use common access cards (CAC) and a PIN.
