Help Needed to migrate from Starteam To SVN

I am Using starteam 2005 for the last 20 years 

I want to migrate from Starteam to SVN 

I already have the methods that get me all the histroy of Files and the folders But when a user moves the a FIle or folder Location this will crash all my logic 

Is there a way to read the Audi and filter only the "Labels" or "Moved to" or "Moved From"
