In version 24.1, we made a significant improvement in this area to ensure that field values presented in different widgets are given the same color.
For example, if two different widgets in the same dashboard are grouped by Team, then team colors will be consistent in both widgets.
In addition, we improved the color differentiation so that it is less likely for very similar colors to appear together on the same widget.

We believe that these improvements will address many of the use cases in this idea, thus marking the idea as Delivered.
We invite you to experience the new behavior and open additional separate ideas for any coloring-related use cases that have not been addressed.

We plan on adding the capability of changing the colors of the graphs.

It may seem trivial, but I agree with having this as a feature.
