TestNG result files are indeed supported:

"The condition to find the testing result file, start from the root path of the job. For example, **/junitResult.xml to find testing result file for Junit Plugin, **/testng-results.xml to find testing result file for TestNG plugin."

I am wondering if it is finding the files on the specified path. Perhaps using the default value may be worth trying: **/testng-results.xml
Of course, the files should be place on the root path for it to find it.

I am wondering what do you see under the Tests and Logs tabs inside the Pipeline in Octane?

I tried to use  **/testng-results.xml but still the same no tests are being created , about this question "I am wondering what do you see under the Tests and Logs tabs inside the Pipeline in Octane? " as mentioned it is empty .
