I receive the error ‘Cannot obtain keyboard focus’ during playback of a test in Silk Test Workbench, how can I resolve this issue?

We can resolve the issue by making a small change from with the Options menu using the steps below:-

1) Within Workbench navigate to Tools -> Options

2) Expand the playback item and select the ‘General’ item.

3) Locate the option ‘Ensure object is active’ and change the value to ‘Yes’

4) Click ‘OK’

The issue is now resolved and will no longer appear, if issues are encountered please raise a support incident where a Silk Test engineer will assist you.
