Windows server 2019 SP no longer records HTTP traffic 2024

Anyone else having an issue with SP no longer recording HTTP traffic on windows server 2019?

I suspect either SentinelOne or some other windows security is blocking SP's qaphook.dll from executing in the system32 folder?

We are working with our security team to investigate, but so far nothing has worked.

I noticed there was a a patch 5 release last month (Feb 2024) and that didn't resolve the issue.

Thanks for any insights or suggestions you may have!
