Tea agent BrowserEngine: 7-Startup failed, failed to start the core

A browser driven navigatiom fails in tea agent, but directly from silk Performer 21.0 it is working.

The system settings is with the browser Internet Explorer, what could be the problem?

How to i could debug the problem?

Compatibility replay Mode is right too.

That's really one for BMC, as it will be something in their software. One example I know of is that their agent can be run as a service or process; I believe this should be as a process for BDM.

Yes, you are right, Native mode for Ajax is process and with this mode s working well. But there is a patch for Tea agent what permits both modes, https://community.bmc.com/s/news/aA33n000000GpEFCA0/trending-in-support-truesight-synthetic-11303-now-supports-silk-performer-21 I though the internet explorer was embedded but perhaps not.
