How do I change the time interval at which external issues are updated in SCTM?

These external issues are in the Issues tab on the workflow bar that relate to either SilkCentral Issue Manager or to a third-party issue tracking tool such as Bugzilla or ClearQuest.

The update time interval can be changed by editing the TMAppServerHomeConf.xml file.

It is located in directory: C:\Program Files\Borland\SC Test Manager xxxx\conf\appserver

The relevant lines of code in the xml file are:

In this code the time is 60 minutes.
