Simplify the installation process of RLC

Hi,

I'd like to place a enhancement request for RCL.

In order to install and configure RC to make it work there are a lot of manual steps, like importing the solution, promoting the snapshots in a specific order, configuring groups, roles and privileges. So my request is could all of those steps be done automatically as part of a standard/typical installation configuration option?
