Release Control to pick up associated request from Dimensions CM baseline

When the developer creates the Release Package, the deployment unit (Dimensions CM) is selected.  The deployment unit is a baseline (revised or request).  Now, the developer needs to select the change request in the Release Package.  It is possible for the developer to select the wrong change request.  This idea is for Release Package to auto-associate the change request in the baseline.
