Installing RLC 6.1 pt 7: Setting up the RLC and ChangeMan ZMF integration

We will use the RLC 6.1 Provider Administrator to configure the Serena ChangeMan ZMF plugin for RLC. This integration will allow us to run several basic ZMF commands for any change package. These commands include audit, approve, promote, freeze, and install as well as reject, revert and demote.
