Websphere Automation Deployment - Application files update

does anyone have a deployment process that updates one EAR applicatoin in a websphere application server?I would like to see some examples/best practices about updateing/deleting files, and specially, configurating application servers resources through automation...(Again, I would like to see this in an "update applicatin proceoss", not in a "install a plain new EAR application)Anyone can help?thanks in advance..Diego
