Unable to connect file server

Hi

I have added windows file server on serena version manager.

After clicking on test connection it's saying failed.

Error Is 'Error Communication with file server. TCP connection error occured. SOAP fault: SOAP-ENV: client "Timeout" Details: TCS connection failed in tcs_connect()   '

    Hello Rushikesh,

    That error likely indicates one of the following:

    • There is a firewall blocking access to the port used in the VM FIle Server URL.
    • The PVCS VM Web Application Server (service) was not running at the time Test was clicked..
    • The hostname used in the URL was incorrect.
