Accessing I-net from merant 6.7

Hi,

I have merant 6.7 installed on unix(solaris).
Can i access it from window machine using I-Net ? Also, how should i check if this feature is enabled in Solaris and which url/port is required to access?

    Hello Vivek,

    In concept what you want is possible, but there are two problems with your specific scenario:

    1. Back in the days of VM 6.7, the VM I-Net server was a separate product. Have plain VM 6.7 installed did not provide a VM I-Net server.
    2. There is no browser or Java in existence anymore that could support the requirements of VM I-Net 6.7. (The software is from the year 2000 and is designed to work with products in existence during that time.)

    If you run a current VM release this is quite doable, though.
