Web PVCS - I cannot see my local directory structure...

In Internet Explorer, how do I get my local directory structure to display ?

If I go to 'Get' or Check Out a file, the pop-up directory structure window shows nothing under the C:\, as if it doesn't have access to view it. Is there a particular setting I need to change in Internet Explorer ? :(
