PVCS Vm problems

I am unable to log-on to PVCS using PVCS web browser. It's throwing the following message : "You have encountered an out of memory error. Please restart Version Manager and try the operation again." Please let me know how to correct it.

    Hello blakshmireddy,
    Could you please indicate which VM release you are running, what operating system it is running on and, in case this is Windows, whether or not the Serena VM Web Application Server is running as a Windows Service or as an application (i.e. started by calling pvcsstart.bat).

    To provide a general answer to this question, please see KB article S138022 that was just created for this purpose.
    The article contains detailed instructions for each VM interface, and is based on a newly added section in the Version Manager readme that will be available starting with Version Manager release 8.4.2.
