Pulse: Add search capability to Product Backlogs like is on the Request Catalog

We agree this enhancement makes sense and can be done in a near-future release of Dimensions CM & PulseUno.

We expect it to be part of the next Dimensions CM release, or (if there is a PulseUno patch before then) the next PulseUno release.

Need the ability to quickly search and select a request from a Product Backlog to add to the Iteration.  Currently, we have to scroll in the right pane until we find the request to drag onto the iteration.
