PPM 2023 is NOT the latest PPM version - it's almost 2 years old now. Latest release is 24.3, and tomorrow we'll release 24.4 so you'd better get there directly

You'll find the supported upgrade paths here, look for "Supported Upgrade Paths" in that document.

Here's a screenshot in your case to upgrade to 24.3:

As for OEL, the version 8.5 is officially certified on PPM 24.3, as listed in the support matrix. As for Oracle DB, 19c and 19.3 are certified.

The upgrade guides for each version can be downloaded from the PPM online help site shared above. Look for the Upgrade guide in "Admin Help --> Installation and Upgrade". You can change the PPM version at the top of the page to get the upgrade guides for each PPM version:

Thanks for all your information, Currently we are planning to upgrade our PPM - Product version: 9.63, 34603, 496c568 - So in our case we can directly upgrade 10.0  or first we need to go 9.66 then to 10.0 , 

Our Goal to get the the latest version with Oracle 19c(19.25) and upgrading our OS to OLE8.

What will be our OHS Version.

Numbers in parenthesis are optional upgrades - so you can upgrade to 10.0 directly, then to 2023, and finally to latest version (now 24.4 as it was just released).

I'm not sure what "OHS" refers to. If it's Oracle HTTP Server then I'm not familiar with it, most PPM admins will use Apache, IIS, or just F5 Load Balancers directly hitting PPM servers. Feel free to open a support ticket if you need a more authoritative answer and guidance.

Now we are latest version of PPM_2024.4 version. 

Successfully Upgraded our PPM9.63 to PPM24.4
