Knowledge Doc: Upgrade PPM failed with error "ORA-00987: missing or invalid username(s)"

PPM upgrade (10.0.1 to 10.0.4) failed at the postUpgrade step while running "sh upgrade.sh -n <NEW_PPM_Home> -l".

The upgrade main log shows the below error in the postUpgrade step:

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00987: missing or invalid username(s)
ORA-06512: at line 153
ORA-06512: at line 84
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1134
ORA-06512: at line 47
