Knowledge Doc: PPM 10.0.1: Request List portlet cannot be displayed due to long token fields

After selecting fields which has long tokens (over 26 characters) to be displayed on the Request List portlet there will be error on the portlet which can be found later in the server logs pointing to

'ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined'
