Knowledge Doc: Workbench does not start after upgrading from PPM 9.51 to PPM 10.0.3

After upgrading PPM from version 9.51 to 10.0.3. During the upgrade/testing since 9.60 the workbench is not starting correctly. PPM displays messages like these:

Fatal Error: Failed loading validation profiles: com.kintana.rmi.RemoteException: There is no valid response. Please logon again.

Generated Time=2022/11/30-15:20:50.153 CET

When PPM is started in only one host in a PPM cluster environment workbench open correctly, but when all PPM nodes are started - PPM displays the error message above.
