PPM fails to startup with error KNTA-10541
Error messages in ServerLog.txt
STATUS server:localhost-startStop-1:(Server.java:1049):2020/07/15-09:07:13.459 CEST: Starting RMI on port 1099
STATUS server:localhost-startStop-1:(Server.java:805):2020/07/15-09:07:13.536 CEST: Error while binding RMI. Please make sure that the RMI_URL value in your server.conf file is correct and that the RMI port specified is not already in use. (KNTA-10541)

RMI_URL is set with the correct HOSTNAME in server.conf
Ping HOSTNAME also returns the correct IP address(xxx.xxx.xxx.1)

But web.xml under \server\deploy\itg.war\WEB-INF shows RMI with a different IP
rmi://xxx.xxx.xxx.2:1099/KintanaServer
