Allow PPM to support kerberos for the Oracle DB connection

Current limitation is 80 characters. Oracle EBS base paths extend beyond this. This limitation is causing our Oracle DBAs to have to be involved in manual migrations because the PPM tool cannot accommodate path lengths that Oracle EBS allows.
