Resource Pool, View Resource Load still show capacity for resource that has been removed from Resouce Pool

Hi,

We have a resource that's been removed from the resource pool in October 2024 as per Manage Pool Capacity view:

Using the Resource Load, the resource still show Capacity after October 2024 for this Resource Pool:

This does not look correct and impacts the "Analyze Assignment Load" portlet view for the resources beloning to this Resource Pool.

Or am I interpreting the Resource Load on Resource Pool incorrectly.

Please can you assist with explaining this issue?

    Hi Alfred,

    Did you by any chance move this resource participation to a child pool of that resource pool and have one of these option in the "Analyze Assignment Load" settings:
    - the checkbox "Include Children Resource Pools" is checked
    - the checkbox "Limit capacity against selected resource pools" is NOT checked

    I think that the second one is most likely - If the option of Limit capacity against selected resource pools is not selected, the Resource Load Breakdown shows the resource’s capacity in all resource pools he/she participates - even if that's not a child of the current resource pool.

    So if that's the case, please check that checkbox and let us know if that gives you the expected results.
