Error running Cross with Result in LRP 24.3 Analysis

We are testing LRP 24.3 on Windows 10.  We receive error while using Analysis app after opening Cross with Results, adding results and clicking OK.. Message is:

The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship.  Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.

When we clear the error, the analysis is displayed.  Exporting the summary page is incomplete.  This works OK in LRP 2021 R1.

Is there any way to fix this?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delayed response. I tried on my end but do not reproduce the issue in Analysis with cross with results option. I can open it fine in Analysis 24.3. 

    Pls try using MS Access DB for Analysis and analyze results again. If it still causes any issue, pls open a support ticket and attach the full results folder along with the error screenshot so we can assist further

    This needs to be worked outside the scope of this community
