What's your LR's version? Please have a try with the below steps if you are using 2023:

stop data service 

backup <Installation folder>\orchidtmp\influxdata folder and rename it.

start data service

Please note all existing online graph data will be lost.

Hello,

I have similar issue. In the Scenario status pane there is -1 errors before any scenario started. It remians through whole scenario run.

When clicking on it the same error is displayed.

I've tried your solution but it didn't help. Do you have any ideas how to fix it?

Tina Tong solution was worked for me, i just elaborated his solution further let me if  its not work for you

Step 1 :Press Win+R type Services.msc find "LoadRunner Data Service" Stop this service 

Step 2 :Navigate and backup C:\Program Files (x86)\Micro Focus\LoadRunner\orchidtmp\influxdata

Step 3: Rename folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Micro Focus\LoadRunner\orchidtmpp\influxdata   

Step 4: Start the LoadRunner Data Service
