Close the Controller window then immediately open a .lrs scenario file, the file will not open as expected.

Environment

LoadRunner Professional 24.1 + Patch 2 

Situation

Close the Controller window and open a .lrs file immediately, the scenario file cannot be opened correctly like below screenshot because Wlrun.exe process is not stopped completely. It is impossible to do any further operation on above window.
